Google reviewers rate the facility 4.8 out of 5 based on 157 reviews, frequently praising the welcoming atmosphere, diverse combat sports classes, and patient coaching staff. Positive feedback highlights the gym's family-friendly environment and competitive pricing for youth and adult training programs. However, critical excerpts point to concerns regarding instructor turnover, perceived unfairness in event prize drawings, and restrictive cancellation policies that require notice even for month-to-month memberships or student injuries.

Everyone here is Awesome!!!!! CHAMPIONS IN LIFE. ✅ Come here to learn from THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE CITY. ❤️🤼♀️ All programs are elite!
The coaches are wonderful. My advice is to stick with one area. If you want to do wrestling do that. If you want to do JJ, then stick with that. It’s trying to do too much, and it’s hard not to fall into the trap since they are all readily available.

I recently signed up both of my kids for memberships at Paradigm Combat Sports, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for their athletic development. They train in wrestling and boxing, two demanding disciplines that require excellent coaching, and Paradigm delivers in every way. The training here is easily among the best in the city professional, structured, and genuinely results-oriented. From day one, the coaches have impressed me with their expertise, patience, and ability to connect with young athletes. They focus not just on technique but on building discipline, confidence, and mental toughness. My children have shown remarkable improvement in their skills, coordination, and overall fitness in a short time. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and creates a positive, motivating environment where kids feel challenged yet supported. What stands out most is how the program balances intensity with safety and fun. Both kids look forward to every session and have made new friends while pushing their limits. The staff is attentive and truly cares about each athlete’s progress. If you’re looking for top-tier combat sports training for your children, Paradigm Combat Sports is the place. Highly recommend worth every penny!
