I met with Rob and from day one I knew he was the guy I needed for this large remodeling project, especially needing professional guidance and direction because of its size. A large lanai of tile to tear up plus coping around the pool needed replacing. Then to relay pavers and redo the drainage etc. We ran into many issues, which was to be expected on this project but Rob and Justin and their crew really put in the work here to make this large project successful. Their work ethic and attitude are what’s required to make a job like this happen this was not an easy job. I am so grateful every day when I look out there now the clean lines the nice workmanship. We spend a lot of time outside in that area so it was very important to us it become what we envisioned for that space and Paradise Pavers made that happen for us. They also washed and sealed our driveway and lanai pavers. Rob answered every question every call. Highly dependable and 10/10 would recommend.

Bringing a remodeling project of the magnitude that yours presented to the finish line was definitely an arduous task. It took hundreds of hours and great communication between our team and yourself. Each project brings its own unique set of challenges but yours was ten fold due to the size and accesssability issues.
At the end of the day, your material choices were spot on bringing stunning views and beautiful new areas for entertaining and gardening to life.
We are thrilled to have given you a project that you can be proud of! Thank you for your trust as well as for all of your time and effort. Writing this glowing review really means the world to our team!
Working with Paradise Pavers was easy. Rob came out looked at the job gave us a quote and made recommendations. Justine scheduled the job and followed up during the entire process. David and Gregg were professional and ensured the job was completed in a timely and clean fashion. I highly recommend Paradise Pavers for anyone looking to have paver work done.
Will definitely have them do work for me again.

Thank you Mark for your trust and business as well as taking the time to leave a 5 star review. Enjoy your new patio space, we look forward to working with you on your driveway project.
8/22/26 UPDATE: Please show us supporting documentation that you can apply water-based polymeric acrylic sealant during heavy rainfall. I had almost a dozen other sources telling me otherwise. I can understand you didn’t want the company that you subcontracted out to come back and redo the work, but the right thing to do would have been to reseal under dry conditions after I expressed these concerns to you. And yes, I did express these concerns to you (in person), contrary to your response - as did my husband in text and on the phone. See photos. In text, you offered for “your guys” to re-seal, however that never happened.
Pro Tip: ask Rob if Paradise Pavers does the work, or if the work is subcontracted out to another random company - and then see what truck shows up in your driveway.

The owner was very friendly and the company did a great job with the tile work on our pool and the coping…those aspects turned out well.
Unfortunately, we had concerns with the sealing of our pavers. During the sealing process, it began raining heavily, and work continued despite the wet conditions. The sealant used is an acrylic product, and we were later told it can be applied in rain, though we were unable to find any documentation supporting that claim.
After completion, we also noticed missing polymeric sand in several joints. We were told the sand is purely aesthetic and does not contribute to weed or joint stability, which does not align with what we’ve since learned.
This work was completed last September. Now, with the return of hot weather and rain, we are seeing numerous weeds and moss/algae growing between the pavers again. Because of the issues with sealing and joint sand, we will now need to have the work redone.

We are very sorry that you feel this way. Since the day after completion approximately 8 months ago we have not heard about your concerns. The fact is that you have 1” pavers over a concrete pool deck which cannot be compacted after installation as they will simply break. The joint sand in your application is purely aesthetic and according to the International Concrete Paving Institute (ICPI) the sand should be on average approximately 70% up the sides of a paver. That’s said, our sealer is a water based polymeric acrylic that dries parallel to ambient air temps and any moisture. This sounds like you
Were very happy with the construction portion of the project but never expressed your concerns to us and subsequently were told by competitors negative opinions so they in turn can get work. Pavers require maintenance and should be sealed every 1-2 years in our harsh climate for optimum appearance.
As a homeowner you should realize that mold/mildew are prevalent in our tropical climate and maintain your pavers yourself by cleaning/remediating it prior to it being professionally done.
We have done thousands of paver sealing jobs and have all Google Certified 5 star reviews because of how we respond to clients problems and concerns.
Our first experience with Paradise Paver of SWFL was so good we had them come to the new house and do some more work. Can't say enough good things about the entire team.

Thank you for your repeat business and your time in writing this review. Your paver driveway truly accentuates your home and certainly increases the value. We sincerely appreciate your support!
From talking to Allie on the phone to set up the appointment, to having Rob the owner come out, to having the work done, this was one of the the most seamless and easy jobs I have ever coordinated in SWFL. They followed thru and they did what they said. I was not at my home and they sent photos of the work, and followed thru on the communication. Rob the owner cam out, and was very knowledgeable about pavers! He definitely knows what he is doing. He was a straight shooter and gave me a fair quote. Great honest company to work with. They delivered what they promised and I could not be happier. Highly recommend

Recently had Paradise Pavers install a paver staircase from our lanai to our dock. Rob made recommendations on his initial visit and helped us decide on a final design.
His installation team executed the project flawlessly.
Very satisfied with the end results.
