The boarding facilities for cats are very sad. The "penthouse" is a room with tiny enclosures - on the floor the litter box, water and food bowls are next to each other. The cats can move only vertically on shelves mounted on the wall. They won't take the cats out of the enclosure unless you pay for activities ($10 for 10 minutes). I visited the other cat facility briefly - it looks slightly better, but the smell inside! I took my cats back and forfeited the deposit, which is not refundable if cancel less than two weeks in advance. They didn't tell me about that when i booked over the phone, btw.

Friendly and good service. Our dogs seemed to enjoy their time there. And were so exhausted later that they didn't even flinch when I needed to vacuum near them (the best endorsement they can give).

They seem to do a wonderful job boarding my dog. He seems less stressed compared to other places I have boarded him. I receive a complete report on how he did during his stay.

this place has changed... for the worse...<br><br>this is the 3rd time we have had our Yorkie stay here - the 2 previous times were a couple of years ago and had no issues.<br><br>she was there for a week, we NEVER received a call or any indication that upon picking her up there would have been any issues. when my wife picked up our Yorkie the notes indicated that they had to clean up blood that was all over her kennel, and it was just assumed that a toe nail snagged on something and she was fine - no further inspection done. she also had bloody diarrhea every day, but they said nothing and upon pick up indicated that she was fine now... before they left, our Yorkie had a bowel movement on property that was no where near solid/cleared up the diarrhea issue. we then took her to our groomer who after looking her over said it was clear her paw was cut on something and they just dipped it in quik-stop and her entire foot was crusty with residue from the "treatment" they gave her...<br><br>Never going back - the front desk and "manager" were equally dismissive, not empathetic, passive in their replies and offered nothing but excuses and lacadasical responses when questioned about what happened while our Yorkie was staying with them...<br><br>we will be informing all of our friends with animals to avoid this place at all costs - they are not treating animals well here.

Always treats our pets well and spoil them almost as much as we do. Clean facility and reasonable price for the care the pets get.

My Charlie loves to go on vacation here when I go out of town. He loves his group play time and/or walks. He's always a happy boy when I pick him up.

Reliable and Safe. All in all a great place that really does care about taking care of your fur-baby🐶 Would not take Kai anywhere else

Love this place. My pups always come back happy and sleepy. Love that the care is personalized for your dogs. Its like a mini summer camp for them with options for hiking or a swim. Big fan of the snack and snuggle for my dogs since they are a bit older. Glad to know they are getting a little extra attention ❤.
