I recently had a need to find a boarding facility for my 8 year old dog. For most of his life we've been fortunate enough to have family take him in when we travelled. Some features in a boarding facility I wanted were: ideally cage free, webcams, some place with a reasonable number of dogs being boarded so he wouldn't be alone, and good access to pickup and dropoff. I believe my search is over. Paradise Ranch is great. The place is very well run and clean. The yards are artificial turf, concrete, and water features. The dogs are grouped by size and temperament, and the groups are rotated between the various yards throughout the day. I really appreciated having access to their numerous webcams. While it can be difficult to see your dog corrected for barking or jumping at a gate, I believe that the correction/redirection ultimately kept him safer than he would be at another facility we tried. At this well-known chain, he had a private kennel in the evening but he would jump and claw the door to his kennel, working himself into a panic and was simply ignored until he exhausted himself. Also at this alternative, the dogs were kenneled around 6pm and not given an evening potty break unless you paid extra for it. At Paradise Ranch, the schedule for the dogs seemed ideal. You can drop off as early as 7am. Dogs are out in the yard or being fed breakfast around then. The dogs get herded into the bedrooms for a nap around noon and then go in for their first evening sleep around 6pm and then get another bit of last play and potty around 9 or 10pm.

His friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and willingness to take the time to address my questions made my experience extremely pleasant and reassuring. What impressed me most was his sincere commitment to providing personalized attention and ensuring a positive customer experience. Front Office staff Ms. Sherry is very friendly always cheerful and welcoming a great asset for the institution, as well as Alejandra in the office. General Manager Ms. Jamie provide outstanding customer care . She exemplify the aura of friendly and exceptional atmosphere of the facility. Great place to board your dog- whether you need doggie day care or longer term boarding, this place is great. You can keep an eye on your dog throughout their stay because they have cameras throughout the facility.

This is the only place we truly trust leaving our puppy for boarding. They go above and beyond to make sure Barney is happy. Everytime I call to get update on Barney they always are happy and detailed about his day. Lately, if you have the app, they upload pictures of Barney. I cannot recommend this place enough!

My dog Rocky loves Paradise! When I first got him he was very skittish about day care, but he took to Paradise Ranch right away. Whether it's day care or the occasional boarding, it's ALWAYS our go-to spot. I really don't know what I'd do without them. They're the best. And they have a groomer, too, so if you want your furry friend smelling good when you pick them up, they got you covered there too!

Did the trial boarding. For most people with your lab mix that loves everybody I'm sure it's fine. Facilities are awesome, front staff very nice. Trainers, handlers, whatever you wanna call them gave not the friendliest vibes. I was told my dog was "grumpy" I've never heard that in my life being described about a dog, wasn't all about playing and they said he was growling. Recommended to stay but with E-collar. Didn't give me good vibes of a loving place to be honest. I take my dog to parks, open parks for play with other dogs every single day, different location everyday and everyone loves him and he gets along with all dogs but according to this place he seems to be a villain. Not sure if I can recommend these trainers to be honest.

I used to take my dog here nearly every day for about a year until I moved out of the area. Cannot recommend them enough! My dog absolutely loved it here.

I have tried almost every day care out there and honestly this is BY FAR the best day care out there in So Cal. I live in West Hollywood and make the commute because I truly want the best for my dog. Dogs should be outdoors and not confined. There are also multiple play areas, which I love about this place. This place does not put dogs in cages at any point of the day, which I like as well because why even place them in day care at that point? My dog truly gets excited when we enter through to the gate and I love their system of having someone there outside in a separate gated area to pick up/drop off your dog, without having to go to the office (unless you need to). Its a quick drop off/pick up and is truly a Disneyland for the dogs. Also, I was away for a weekend and left my dog with them for boarding for three days. I wasn't worried for a second during my trip and they updated me with some pictures showing how much fun she was having. If you want the best for your dog, seriously look no further. This place is the BEST. Midhi, the manager, and Jamie have been AMAZING and I can't thank them enough for everything. I feel so good at work knowing my dog is in the best hands and having so much fun as well. In my opinion, there is no place out there that remotely compares to this day care. Definitely check it out if you're looking not for just any day care, but the right day care for your dog. Truly the best.
