Sam is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well today. This was the initial inspection (no charge) for their rodent exclusion service. We are scheduling the work.

Jose was polite and professional. He did excellent work checking the traps and helped me get access to an area below my kitchen island where the rodent entered my home through obsolete ductwork that the contractor had not sealed off. He said he would consult with Paragon about how to seal the duct at the exit inside the house. My concern is that the seal placed at the duct exit outside the house might be ruptured by gardeners etc. over time and the problem might recur.

I had a rodent issue in my house. Paragon did an AMAZING job. They closed off all exterior and interior holes, added traps and sent experts almost every week or two to investigate the traps. They sprayed for pest control inside and around the house. They also added roof insulation that saved me a lot on my electric bills. Their fees are also very competitive. Their instructions were very clear and they accommodated my work schedule. EXCELLENT service! Thank you!

Rafael was awesome! Very professional and fast! He did all the necessary things and I haven't seen a live bug since! A few dead ones so you know the product works! Paragon all the way!!

I had Paragon Pest Control come to my house to check for rodents and because I needed more insulation in my attic! The initial inspection was very thorough and all of my questions were answered. No rodents were found and I wanted to keep it that way so I had them seal up the house and add the insulation. I had several different employees come to my house to complete the services. Everyone was friendly, punctual and helpful in answering my questions and the work was completed in a timely manner!! I had a great experience with Paragon Pest Control and would recommend them!!
