My experience at Paris Ace was truly amazing. I went there needing to prep and paint a room used for the gas water heater and gardening utensils. It is also subject to mold and mildew. I went to the paint department looking like a deer in the headlights. Megan saw my distress, took me under her wing,assessed my situation, answered my questions and made the appropriate suggestions, saving m time, money and the aggravation of dealing with the clueless crews at the big box stores. Megan has raised the bar when it comes to Customer Service. My wife deeply appreciates her Snake Plant reccommdation as a plant that thrives on neglect.

Very limited store hours, especially on Sunday, which is the only negative thing. Otherwise, it is a good store and they have canning supplies and other things you wouldn't expect a hardware store to have.

Fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. Eddie, the store manager, met me at the door and immediately made sure I got the help I needed. Trent then helped me in the hardware/screw aisle, and his customer service was outstanding. I was spending all of about $8, but he treated me with the same attention and effort you'd expect if I were spending $10,000. He took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was when another customer came over needing assistance. Rather than splitting his attention and leaving either of us waiting, Trent immediately radioed another employee to come help them while he continued helping me. That's a small thing, but it says a lot about how seriously he takes taking care of customers. The cashiers were also extremely friendly and welcoming. From Eddie at the door, to Trent's exceptional help, to the cashiers on the way out, this was genuinely some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. This is exactly why I'll choose a good local Ace over a big-box store when I can.
