This place was a blessing. Most importantly..It was very clean. All staff members were VERY professional & welcoming. I came in & I was greeted & handled in a great timely manner.. My Taxes were prepared by Paris.. she’s not only Beautiful but she has the Brains to match..& even though this is a tax preparation…

I had a great experience but I’m not sure if they know that you won’t get a loan if you have any type of student loan debt. Even if you debt payments are up to date and you’ve had the same student loans for years lol they don’t inform you of the loan process when doing your taxes so be sure that you understand the bank can deny you, its not as simple and just coming out of your taxes.

Deborah, everyone knows how tax advance works. It’s definitely not our decision to approve or deny a tax loan. They will send you an adverse action in the mail explaining the reason of denial. We issue lots of loans daily and I’m sorry that it didn’t happen for you. My job as a tax professional is to file accurately not determine tax loan eligibility. I wish you all the best.
