Thank you for the fast and pleasant delivery. It’s a sad that we were informed about the balloon substitution only after placing the order online, but I believe you are already working on this issue so it won’t happen again.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI’ve ordered from here more than once now and the style and execution is always more incredible in real life. What I especially appreciate is the delivery service. They have delivered to my parties within the city and as far outside the city as Aurora, IL. **edit: as i have continued to use Paris312 i have noticed a decline in execution, and they are pricier than other providers but i used to overlook this in lieu of the quality. For my sona first biethday we ordered a backdrop with balloon wall and the vinyl letter was crooked, i didnt complain onsite because it was a delivery and I was very busy, but to be charged so much for poor lettering is disappointing. I still use this service to have balloons delivered to family and friends for birthdays but go elsewhere for the larger set ups.

Review from Google · view on GoogleWe used Paris 312 for my grandson’s 1st birthday party. They provided all sorts of balloons - centerpieces, 50 helium balloons, huge single balloons for the backyard as well as for the front yard. It all was spectacular. They were great quality and were delivered on time. We’ve used Paris 312 in the past and will continue to do so!
