We enjoyed our stay here, we come through every year on our way to grapevine Texas. It’s very clean, close to the freeway and the staff is very friendly! Recommend 100%😃

I am new to Rv park I got my first Rv and this place is amazing miss Wendy in the front office and staff we’re amazing and help me out with everything I needed for my Rv and we’re always helpful this place is a friendly place and well kept clean my family had an amazing day when they will come in town and I would recommend this place for any one to come and stay if I ever come back over here I would definitely be staying at this location again

Nice rv spots for night or weeks whatever u need. Pool, hoops, kids area, dog park, workout gym its all here. Only 4 stars because there is no dedicated pickleball court..... however 5+ stars for staff and 6.5 stars for property manager Wendylynn Townson from California. Super nice, helpful, and very welcoming best so far on my route to Florida

Love this place, the staff is very friendly and kind, always very helpful. They have a nice pool area set up as well as covered outside seating if you want to have a little bbq or relax out of the sun. The rv park itself is a very good size as well. They have a field you can play on and a little dog park as well. Nice clean restrooms and showers as well as a nice laundry room. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The gated fence helps with a sense of security which is always a plus.

Stayed from January to September, had zero problems. Staff is amazing there! When I come back to west Texas, this is the only place I will put my camper! Thank yall for such a clean and well-maintained park.

we lived in this RV park for almost 5 yrs and we loved it! 😍 Great amenities, pool, gym, gated and code entry required. Very safe for the kids… we were like family! we will miss everyone, Ms. Wendy super lovely 🥰

I stayed here long term and this place has great amenities like the swimming pool, dog park, basketball court, football pitch, and fitness room. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.

Loved this place , stayed there for work and it was super nice , facility has a pool, soccer field and place for the kiddos to enjoy , i reccomend this place 10/10 !!!
