Rick, we're sorry you're disappointed with your exprience. We understand how frustrating it is to have an A/C problem return. For clarity, your Sorento had previously been to the Kia dealership, where the A/C control panel was replaced. When you brought the vehicle to Parker Automotive, we diagnosed a seperate issue with the compressor electronic control valve(ECV) and replaced it. At that time, the A/C system was operating properly. Unfortunately, when a vehicle develops another system after a repair, we need to diagnose the vehicle again before recommending any additional repairs. We would never want to charge for or perform unnecessary work, and we cannot determine the cause of a new problem without properly evaluating it. We value our reputation and our customers, and we're disappointed that you feel you were treated unfairly.
