Parma Auto Body is the best!!!! I will only take my car to Bill. He is an amazing person I’ve brought many vehicles to Bill And he has always done an exceptional job! Look at the pictures below some idiot hit my passenger driver side door and took off-hit-and-run… he did an outstanding job! I’m glad he’s there and he’s always done me right. He’s done this type of work for many, many years -worked for a dealership beforehand. He did the work like it was a brand new car and replaced everything the right way and painted it flawlessly! The last picture is what it used to look like before it was fixed.
Parma Auto Body and the owner Bill is amazing. Bill is professional, pleasant, keeps you informed every step of the way, easy to work with, fair pricing and loves his work. I had my front end repaired after a fender bender. He found other damage underneath and fixed that too. Car is beautiful, all OEM parts. If you need body work take your car nowhere else but Parma Auto Body.
Had a great experience speaking with them over the phone. I called with several questions, and they were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, especially before even becoming a customer. I really appreciate their time and would definitely consider bringing my vehicle here in the future!
I called in the morning to get an appointment. I was given several date and time options. I went in same day as i called. Bill looked at problem and was able to fix it, same day!
