Parma Pet Pals did a great job on Bowie’s grooming! He was so happy and she made him so comfortable. My Pomeranian is so soft and he is the lightest he’s ever felt, while still looking full. Best prices and service in the state of Ohio!!! (Photos with white background taken by Parma Pet Pals!)

Kelly was able to board both of our dogs on short notice and took great care of them while we were away. From the photos it was clear that they were comfortable and well taken care of, and they loved having access to Kelly's yard. We've left our pups with Kelly twice now and feel grateful to have a awesome sitter to watch over our fur babies when we have to be away.

Kelly did a beautiful job grooming my old lady, Lexi. She did exactly as I asked and gave my pooch a great spa day. She looks good, smells good and isn't digging at her ears anymore. Kelly is also reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

These are our pom poms, our joy! Kelly was great with them. She has a great work ethic and communication. She did great with my poms and you can tell from this picture that they were treated good! Those big smiley relaxed faces told me everything I needed to know. Our dogs, when we went to pick them up, looked very comfortable there. I love the fact that this place did not kept my dogs in cages, but allowed them to be in a safe spot all together. Kelly heard all our concerns and went the extra mile. We are beyond thrilled that we found this place for our fur babies. We will definitely return! If you are reading this and have had concerns about dog grooming places, or bad past experiences, you owe it to yourself to give this place a shot. I can’t say enough good things about Kelly and the incredible care she provided for my dog, Toby. From the moment we met, Kelly’s warm and genuine love for animals was obvious, and Toby took to her instantly, wagging his fluffy tail like never before!Kelly went above and beyond to make Toby feel at home while I was away. She sent updates with photos and videos, showing Toby happily playing with his favorite toy. It was clear he was not just cared for but truly cherished. Kelly even noticed Toby’s love for soft toys and made sure he had plenty to keep him entertained, Her attention to detail was impeccable—she followed Toby’s routine to a T, from his feeding schedule to his evening cuddles. She even took him on extra walks around the neighborhood, which he absolutely loved. Kelly’s home was a safe, cozy haven for Toby, and I could tell he was having the time of his life.What sets Kelly apart is her ability to connect with Toby on a personal level. She understood his quirky, affectionate personality and made him feel so secure. I returned to a happy, healthy pup who almost seemed reluctant to leave her side! If you’re looking for a dog sitter who treats your pet like family, Kelly is your person. Toby and I can’t wait for his next stay with her!
