Solid company. I needed a backflow preventer installed for my sprinkler system. They showed up when they said they would, and even had someone come out the next morning for testing. Thank you for making it easy, guys!

We have used Parthenon on multiple occasions. The plumbers are fantastic and knowledgeable. Noah in particular did an amazing job with redoing all the pipes in our house and worked tirelessly to complete it. I only took off a star because we had some issues with the office staff not being able to locate our documents. I have also called multiple times to apply a $50 off coupon I had and they only say that they have escalated the issue, but it has been about 2-3 weeks at this point.

Paid over $9,000 for a new upstairs AC unit out of pocket and we had our first cold night of the year and I was woken up to our new unit never turning on the heat. Verified that it was on the heat setting and it had said that the heat was on but our house was 62 degrees. Proceeded to call Parthenon to see if they could have someone come out and fix it. I’m very limited for time due to having to work a ton and they told me for them to come out on a Sunday it would be a $200 charge. It’s wrong to charge your customer for a service when they paid for a unit that should have been working and not only that but they should have tested to verify the heater worked when it was installed earlier this summer. I don’t usually like writing poor reviews because I feel that it doesn’t really do anything but i think everyone should know that it’s not right to do that to a customer who has used their services several times and never had a problem.
Edit: I just received a call from the service department and they rectified the situation. I’m very happy with their customer service and was not aware that they used a third party on the weekends and they let me know that they would fix the problem. Big thanks!

Ned did my job in Crieve Hall in Nashville which was a kitchen remodel and changing water lines out under the house. Made a big difference with our flow rate and the job was done clean and professionally.

Ned came out to replace our water shut off valve and install a tub w/shower surround (replacing old one) and do all the plumbing hook ups. He worked efficiently and was done before days end. He was courteous and very professional. Excellent job!!!!
