We live in home that was built in 1932, with the original 1932 lock still on our original front door. Another locksmith had "fixed" that lock six months ago, but alas it stopped working. I called Pasadena Lock Shop and we are so pleased with the work they did to fix the lock correctly. It works great now. We have definitely found our new locksmith. Highly recommend them!
Absolutely incredible and efficient. Also extremely well-priced. Definitely beats out the pricing of any key copy kiosk in a grocery store.
Steve is more than a locksmith: he's a skilled craftsman and a total technician. He repaired the vintage front door lock on my 1950s-era front door and took the time to first align the door properly, not just fix the lock. That's the work of a real pro. I greatly appreciated his willingness to communicate, return my texts and phone calls. I can recommend Pasadena Lock Shop without reservation. Ian Blair
I had a key break inside my door lock, and I had already gone to two other locksmith shops, but neither was able to fix it. I came here today, and they were able to remove the broken key and make me a new one on the spot! The service was fast, professional, and the price was surprisingly affordable. I really appreciate their help and excellent service. Highly recommend this place if you need a reliable locksmith!
Both Steve and Alan came by to service our 100 year old door with an original lock. If you are looking for someone who knows how to fix and maintain original hardware -- look no further. They also did a number of other services and installed a keypad lock for us as well. Prices were good, service was honest and most importantly they were very friendly! Local businesses like this are the best. Thanks again!
They spent about 45 minutes taking on a personal challenge to repair a front door opening mechanism where there were no spare parts available and would not take payment because in their estimation they did not do too much. Not only were they helpful but also very amiable. You don't find service like that very much.
Steve not only handles your locks. He also opened an entire different category of door$ where it mattered. Hands down the best locksmith I'll ever find. Friendly and reliable. Thanks a mil, Steve!
This place is awesome. Highly recommended. Fast and reliable.
Wow, Steve and Pasadena Lock Shop is THE place to go for you lock/key/security needs. I'm completely impressed and happy to see that businesses like this with passion for their work and integrity still exist. I guess that's how you withstand nearly 100 years of service! We are a local business and needed emergency lock out services for a hostile termination. Steve not only returned my call after hours but stood by at ready to help come in and change the locks on two units after an employee termination that we knew needed immediate security. I cannot thank Steve enough for his excellent services, adaptability, and compassion in such a challenging situation. On one of the most stressful days of my life, I reflected back on the fact that I had a great team of professionals supporting me in this transition without having to worry if everything would come together as needed. Steve is hands down a top level professional. The new locks and keys work seamlessly as well. Thank you!
I was in a pinch and needed copies made for a particular key that was too small for those hardware store self-serve kiosks to service. I found this business on google and drove on over. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Got my new keys and paid all in about five minutes. Great pricing and they take credit cards. Will definitely be recommending this business to friends and family!
