Passage Immigration Law

Passage Immigration has provided me the best service since Day 1. Yesenia and Eric have been a great help with the opportunity to renew my green card. However, Yesenia has always provided valuable support when needing assistance with something by email by reaching back quickly. Also, she would send out what things have been completed on my green card renewal. I'd totally recommend Passage Immigration for there work that they've done. Thank you Eric and Yesenia for your valuable support! 🙏

My husband and I worked with Passage Immigration Law on his adjustment of status. As a former DACA recipient, he recently had his I-485 application approved and is now a permanent resident! We are incredibly grateful to Erick Windman, Yesenia Hidalgo, and the entire Passage Immigration team for guiding us through this process. The team is kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you all so much for your help and support! We would happily work with them again if we ever need immigration services in the future.

One of the useless law company, they do not track the workflow, not defend you, only they can do just listening and looking around but does not really support your case but the other side. They help me the waste my n336 process.

I had a great experience working with Erick Widman on my naturalization case. He is extremely detail-oriented and ensures every aspect of your case is thoroughly covered and prepared. Erick is very soft-spoken, patient, and truly takes the time to listen to your situation before providing advice. Instead of giving generic answers, he carefully analyzes your specific circumstances to come up with the most effective, well-thought-out strategy. His deep level of experience with complex cases is evident from day one, which gives you immense confidence throughout what can otherwise be a stressful process.

Erick was a great help, he made us feel very comfortable and at ease during the stressful season of applying for my green card. We hope to work with him again in the future!

If you or your family is in need of a competent, experienced, compassionate and caring immigration attorney, Passage Immigration is your best option. I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am to Eric and his team. He will take you through the process with so much ease while fiercely dedicated to fighting for you to get your status approved. I cannot recommend his services enough, he’s the best!

Through the various stages of my immigration journey, I have worked with several attorneys. Caitlin stands tall among them by a huge margin. I worked with her for my N400 application. Never before have I encountered an attorney who blends competence, erudition and compassion so well. The last attribute is particularly critical. Going through the immigration process can be extremely stressful to say the least. And while there are others who can get the job done (barely), seldom do you see someone who radiates empathy and makes you feel that they got your back. Right from our first consultation with Caitlin till the day of the interview, her calm demeanor, positivity and affability, constantly filled us with a strong sense of reassurance and hope that is hard to describe. Even though we didn't work with her for my I-751 application, since I had a combo interview scheduled for both I-751 and N400, Caitlin happily volunteered to represent us for both the interviews without additional charge. On interview day, while my wife and I had to wait for nearly two hours before being called in, Caitlin's presence was a huge gift. We chatted during the entire time and it almost felt like catching up with an old friend, all but forgetting the stress of being in the waiting area. We really cherish every single moment we worked with her. Thinking back I am so grateful that I got to work with her for the most important application of all, N-400, for I couldn't have asked for a more perfect attorney. I can't recommend her enough for anyone else going through the immigration process!

We had a great experience working with this law firm for our marriage green card adjustment of status after entering on a K1 visa. The entire process can feel overwhelming, but they made everything so much easier by being knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. They guided us through each step, answered all of our questions, and helped us feel confident going into our interview. Thanks to their support, everything went smoothly. We’re very grateful and highly recommend them to anyone going through the immigration process.

Passage Immigration was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the team made me feel genuinely supported, guided me through each step with clarity, and never left me feeling lost or alone in the process. Their expertise took the stress out of something that could have easily become unmanageable. I had diligently read reviews of different Immigration firms but Passage clearly stood out and I'm so glad I chose Passage. If you're navigating the immigration process and want a team that truly has your back, I can't recommend Passage Immigration enough. An extra thank you to Erick, Sina and Caitlin for their phenomenal work and support.

I received my green card few days ago, Thank you for the help throughout the process! It’s was stressful but the wait is worth it.
