Passaic Bergen Water Softening sent Devin to evaluate one of our 3 tanks. He is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to do business with as is the owner Joe Murino who came to my aide after hours using FaceTime to show me what needed to be done to shut the one damaged tank down before it created monumental damage. Joe's entire staff is a pleasure to do business with. 🙌 I thank him so very much for calming my nerves when the issue began a couple weeks ago. Thank you Joe, thank you Devin! 👍👍Appreciative customer, Rosemary.

To anyone interested in installing a water softer, this is the company to call. I have hired them over the years to install units for myself and all my kids. The prices are fair , but more importantly, the employees are honest, knowledgeable and very kind people. Norm in sales , and Kevin in installation deserve another 5 stars! The entire process was easy and affordable.
