Best coach ever

If anyone is need of personal life coaching, Stacey is the person for you. Just to catch up: A year ago I was going through a very difficult time. If it weren't for the Stacey, I know I would never be at the place I'm at now. Sure, there are still problems I face, but she was able to get to the 'depth" of why I respond the way I do (did). I finally understood the 'why' (childhood experiences) and that gave me a reason to change things. I was able to learn coping skills. My responses are so different to what they were a year ago. I feel I have much more control over my emotions, and if I start to spiral, I remember points she shared to get myself grounded again. Her coaching has really helped me become a better stronger person. Thanks Stacey, you are the best!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Stacey has helped in ways I never thought possible! A year ago she was recommended by a dear friend, and I am forever grateful. I've benefited from her videos and the 'projects' she has me work on. I feel like the person I use to be before being bombarded with 'life's problems", being able to handle situations again without all the anxiety. Both my husband and I have benefited from Stacey's coaching. For a man who was not interested in a "Life Coach", she's been a life saver. We highly recommend Stacey!

I met Stacey during and weekend women's retreat and am so grateful that I did. She listened carefully and acknowledged my childhood trauma. She helped me recognize that my inner child still had a lot of healing to do. If you have an opportunity to work with Stacey, do it!

I feel extremely fortunate to have found Stacey. I would get so overwhelmed it felt like I was never able to get anything accomplished. We all have ups and downs, I felt like my hard times were increasing. I knew I wanted to get more out of my life, but I hadn't figured out how. It was disheartening to say the least, not feeling in control of my own life. Stacey, she was able to help me see where my struggles actually were and what plans I could implement to work through them. She helped me get organized, both with my thoughts and tasks. Helping me set goals and teaching me new techniques to incorporate into both my personal and professional life. I no longer feel lost and anxious about where I'm heading. And if I start feeling overwhelmed or nervous, I am able to use the tools that Stacey taught me to get back on track. I felt like I was failing at life, Stacey told me, you can't fail unless you quit. She listened and guided me based on what was going on with me personally, she doesn't have a "one size fits all" approach. Now I feel like I'm taking back the control in my life, moving forward. I'm no longer stuck in one place. I'm looking at my goals and I know I can obtain them because of Stacey. There's no shame asking for help, life is easier with someone on your side rooting you on to achieve everything you want out of life. Stacey is that coach and cheerleader in your corner.
