Transitions are hard. My son is 3. He told me his teachers were being mean and he didn’t like his school. I believe him so I looked elsewhere. From the beginning Ms. Wendy has a calmness to her that reassured me at every aspect. Upon arrival there was a welcome sign with our name on it, a tour of the facility, a peaceful atmosphere. There are live stream cameras and the children have a personal chef. In our first week there were some challenges. To me it’s how you overcome those actions. Amongst three years olds and that age group in general we are still learning kindness and other core values. His third day he was being picked on slightly and the teacher was misunderstanding his frustrations. Before I could finish telling Ms. Wendy about kids taking his toys and taunting him she jumped into action. In moments I saw her in his classroom. She held his hand and comforted him. Then she had a meeting with all the kids. Since then I’ve seen her in there at least once of day, personally checking on the well being of all kids. She is firm and fair and singly handed won me over. It’s hard to have one of your organs outside of your body, walking around and out in the world, however I know he’s safe there and thriving. What she does can not be understated and I can only hope that this company sees how invaluable she is. Lastly, give this woman a raise in monetary value.

My son is 18months old and has never been in daycare before. I started a new job and was really overwhelmed with finding a good daycare for him. I happened upon pathways learning academy & thank god I did! The directors Barbara & Wendy are absolutely amazing, they were so kind and informative and took the time to answer all my questions. My son is in the toddler room and his teachers are amazing, he’s learning so much and he loves going to school. The school is very good at keeping you informed and sending updates throughout the day on your child. I would highly recommend.

We have LOVED our experience at Pathways. Our daughter has been at Pathways for 6 months and we have seen exponential growth and confidence in her motor skills and language skills. Our favorite part of being a Pathways family is the clear communication from the staff to the parents. With the in-room cameras and messaging options on the SproutAbout app, we can check in on our girl any time throughout the day knowing that we will receive correspondence back. We love Ms. Barbara and Ms. Wendy, as well as all of the infant staff, especially Ms. Heather and Ms. Ellie! Over the the last 5 years we have used two other daycares and this is the best in the area. If you are looking for a new daycare, look no further this is the place for your child!

Our daughter has been going to Pathways for a little over a month now. This is our first child so we were very nervous and picky when choosing a daycare. When we toured Pathways we first noticed how pristine the facility is - the classrooms are well sized, very clean, and have developmentally appropriate activities/toys. It also felt very safe and secure. The Director and Assistant Director who made us feel right at home. The infant teacher, Ms. Razaz has been extremely patient, caring, and attentive to our daughter. She also regularly sends messages and pictures, which we love! You can tell the staff here truly care about the children and families. I would recommend this daycare to those searching for a safe, loving environment for their kids to learn and grow.

I was a stay at home momma for 2.5 years before I ended up having to go back to work. I was so nervous leaving my child somewhere. I had not had to do that yet. I toured Pathways and met the teachers and loved the vibes I got from the place and the staff. My daughter has been attending for almost a year and we love it! So many family events to keep the parents involved and updates from the teachers! It’s amazing! My daughter loves going to school and seeing her friends and the teachers and staff! She has grown so much in her time at Pathways! I absolutely love this daycare!

We couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly invested in the children’s well-being and development. The facility is brand new, and the environment is exceptionally clean, safe, and welcoming. The daily activities are both educational and fun.
Our child (we actually had both of our children here before one went to kindergarten) feels happy and secure, which gives us real peace of mind as parents. Communication with families is clear and consistent, and it’s obvious that the team genuinely loves what they do. Educators like Ms. Barbara, Ms. Wendy, Ms. Hannah, Ms. Shahina…truly make the difference.
Highly recommended—very likely the best daycare in the area.
