After the insurance adjuster came out, insurance only approved part of the roof. Hussain took it to appraisal where insurance still only approved a partial (1/2) replacement. Then Hussain took it to arbitration, where they finally agreed the whole roof needed replacing. We did very little, Hussain took care of everything. We only paid our deductible and for some upgraded ventilation.

Working with an insurance provider and a roofing contractor simultaneously can be a confusing experience, but Hussain and Patriot Roofing handled everything with complete transparency and professionalism. Thanks to their dedicated team and excellent communication, the roof replacement was completed in just one day, and the entire job—including gutter removal and replacement—was wrapped up in three days. Hussein from Patriot Roofing and Staining is fantastic. When my roof was leaking after the recent rains, he came out the same day to check it. He was extremely prompt, communicated clearly, and showed true integrity by fixing the leak instead of pushing for a costly roof replacement. I highly recommend his services.

Thank you to Patriot Roofing for not only replacing our roof, but getting us a much better roof, while still being cognizant of what we had to pay!! It was handled professionally and efficiently both on the insurance side and during install. They made a typically frustrating process very smooth and with minimal interruption to our household.

Hussain and his team were great to work with. They made everything so easy, were on time, and completed the job in a day. They also did a great job at making sure everything was cleaned up afterwards and that an inspection was scheduled with the city. I’d definitely hire them if I ever need a new roof again.

It is with great satisfaction that we give 5 stars to Patriot Roofing. Our roofing claim with State Farm began in April. They sent a contract inspector which very quickly denied our claim. Hussain lifted our hopes by telling us not to fret, it’s all part of the process with insurance companies. It went to arbitration with State Farm hiring an arbitrator from Waco and our arbitrator hired through Patriot Roofing. The process took several months and unexpectedly both arbitrators went along with the recommendation that “Hussain” with Patriot Roofing had concluded. In August, we got a new roof!
Our sincere thanks to Hussain who was confident all along that it would happen. This is the guy you need helping you, also.

Patriot was quick to respond to our roofing concerns. They followed up with us and collaborated with our adjuster. Good communications and very organized work operations using top materials. Our new roof is stronger and aesthetically stands out in our neighborhood. Our interior water damage was professionally repaired and looks better than the original. Great job!
