Jocelyn, thank you for sharing such a wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you love your new windows and that the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It’s great to know our team made you feel informed and supported, and that the installation exceeded your expectations. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your trust in our Hialeah window installation service!
Enrique is the absolute reason we chose Patriot Doors and Windows. We actually got quotes from six other companies, but it was because of Enrique that we felt confident moving forward with Patriot. He was the ultimate professional from day one and took the time to make sure we thoroughly understood all our options and the differences between products. This also was not a small project, in which it consisted of 9 Windows and 2 doors, on almost a 100 year old house.
The only hiccup was that the doors and windows took a little longer than originally expected, and we had to reach out to get updates. However, once everything arrived, the installation crew did a fantastic job.
Between Enrique’s guidance and Raul’s professional installation work, they made it worth the wait. I would recommend Enrique and Raul to anyone in South Florida looking for new windows or doors.

I had a great experience with Patriot Windows and Doors.
We replaced all our windows/doors in our duplex high rise. It was a very big job. I requested three estimates from three different companies. Brandon, who was my contact at Patriot Windows and Doors took the time to explain the different windows, the process etc etc. His pricing was competitive and with terrific quality.
He was always available by phone and/or text.
Once the job started, the team was professional, cautious and detail oriented. The walkthrough at the end of the job was not rushed at all. Brandon took the time to look at everything with me and fix minor things.
I recommend Patriot Windows and Doors wholeheartedly. They are professionals who take pride in their work and it shows.

Great customer service, quality metal door, and fair priced sales. Other vendors only made commercial warehouse man doors, while still others only installed doors. Patriot does both plus they were able to reuse medecco commercial lock hardware. Will use again. Definately worth getting a quote from them!
