Ben provided a detailed inspection of our home. Pointed out areas of concern. Explained possible solutions in detail. He made sure I understood the details of the inspection and provided clear answers to all my questions. Ben is a very knowledgeable technician and made me feel comfortable throughout his visit. I needed a company to do my VA refinance and found these guys. My appointment was scheduled last week Thursday for the following week on Monday, which was also Columbus Day. Tim came to my house and inspected it in and out accomplished all the paperwork prior to leaving. He gave me a lesson on bugs and termites. Very nice guy and professional. Thank you guys.
