Customers frequently praise the company for its punctuality, clear communication, and competitive pricing across various projects, including bathroom remodels, deck repairs, and cabinet refacing. Reviewers highlight the crew's professionalism and the owner's responsiveness to client needs. However, one recurring criticism involves a lack of follow-through, with a reviewer noting that an estimate promised for a medium-sized renovation was not provided within the stated timeframe.

Paul Little was highly recommended to us when we decided to do a major renovation in our home.
Paul came by and listened carefully to our ideas and requirements made good suggestions.
His staff and crew were great to work with, always listening to our requests and concerns with a helpful, positive attitude. We are extremely pleased with the results! 100% would recommend.
We will be calling them again.
UPDATE - We were so happy with their work, we returned to Paul for our next project. We had a shop installed and asked Paul to take care of building and finishing it out. We met with him and went over the particulars of the project . I am in a wheelchair so we asked Paul to help figure out hand rails, shelving and workbench that could be lowered so I can easily access them. I now can wheel right up to my bench and if there’s something I need on a shelf, I can grab the hand rail and safely get it down.
When the electrician came out, we had them locate the outlets a bit higher so I could get to them easily. All these suggestions and great follow through made the shop safer and easier for me to work c

Thank you so much Gloria for taking the time to write this amazing review. There is nothing we love hearing more from our clients then your happiness with the final product — but also with the process. We love bringing your home remodeling projects to life and we would be thrilled to work with you again in the future if you should need anything else… Please reach out.
If you choose anyone else in OKC, you will have passed on the best. Not only did Paul come to my rescue, he helped creat a home for my daughter. After making a decision to move on from someone else initially working on the bathrooms… for 6 days, I reached out for a pro. Paul showed up! FaceTimed me a week ago Sunday from the condo while I was in DC. He said he’d have to move a few projects around but not to worry. He said they’d have to pull up what was done (in both bathrooms) and assured me, his team could get it done. That meant getting it done within a 5-day window before my daughter moved in. They did it in 4!!! Between Monday morning and Thursday, they kept me updated, calm, and confident the project would get done. I add that is was soooo much better than “just done”. It was fantastic! When we revealed the condo to my daughter her jaw dropped when going into the bathrooms. Said they looked like luxury hotel bathrooms. I could go on but don’t want to lose you… Paul Little Construction has earned my respect and business for a lifetime. Professional. Kind. Respectful. Attention to detail. Thorough. Continuous and clear communication. Never again will I ask anyone but Paul Little. In the photos, you can clearly see the “before” along with the “after”… Don’t ever do what I did. Call Paul Little first!

Paul Little Construction remodeled our master bathroom and exceeded our expectations! What a wonderful crew and interior designer he has and are so pleasant to work with.
The best part of the experience is how he stays to the timeline and keeps a very tidy work place.
I highly recommend them if you are looking to improve on any part of your home.

This was my second remodel that was handled by Paul Little Construction. I’ve been extremely pleased with both - the timeliness and friendliness of the crew was always appreciated and exemplary. When I consider another remodel project, they will be who I call.

Paul Little Construction did a small project for us about a year ago, so we wanted to hire them again for a medium-sized renovation. They came and took a look in September and said it would take a few weeks to get us an estimate. It’s now November and we haven’t heard anything at all. It’s tough to find contractors in OKC who will follow through on projects. We’re disappointed, because we were hoping to use them again.

Hi Kaitlin -
We’re so sorry to hear this and truly appreciate you sharing your experience. That’s not the level of communication or care we strive for, and we understand we failed to meet your expectations. We value your business and would love the chance to make this right. Please reach out to us either by text or phone call at (405) 463-0012 if you would like us to follow up and provide you with the estimate you deserve.
Sincerely,
The PLC Team
