l asked for 2 inches off and she took 4 at least. Possibly 6. I left stunned. l have had wonderful experiences in the past. l still tipped but l think l just did not want to admit what she did. Will never again let a student cut my hair. l was post night shift and tired and should have watched her. l can barely braid my hair now and before l had to bring my hair to the front to finish the braid. lt was well below my bra line and now it is just below my shoulders. How hard can 2" off be?

I've been going to the Paul Mitchell school in Portsmouth for years. Color, cut or advice, results and treatment are consistently great! Services are inexpensive so I can afford generous tips as encouragement. All of the learners have excellent guidance. I'm never disappointed.
