Reviewers frequently praise the friendly atmosphere, reasonable pricing, and quality of haircuts, coloring, and waxing services provided by students and instructors. Positive feedback highlights the welcoming environment and the skill of staff in executing specific requests like balayage and perms. However, some customers report organizational issues, including insufficient teacher supervision, unprofessional reception staff, and inconsistent communication regarding service policies or water quality.

The students are great. The atmosphere beautiful. Everyone there are great. My daughter and I both love our hair and even though the girls are probably be gone when we go get it cut again, we wish them the best and we will keep using. Paul Mitchell, thank you very much. You've done a great job

I'm really pleased with my haircut and my eyebrow wax. The price was great!
Very welcoming. Both the students did great haircuts. I know they offer several other services and products at discount prices.

Thanks Richard! We look forward to seeing you again!
Athaiah delivered it the best quality cut I've had in a while from how I looked leaving the chair to how she made me feel while I was in it 10 out of 10 do recommend!
The students worked very well together and I was very satisfied with the end result, but the way that school is managed, is extremely unorganized and overwhelming. Not enough teachers to attend to the students, way too many students for such a small environment, teachers signing off on my appointment then not allowing the students to continue because they didn’t have enough teachers to monitor all the students using bleach?!?! Therefore making me drive back 45 minutes on another day to complete what I had come to get done the first day. I will say, the school made up for it (ish) by giving me a free haircut coupon and free wash and blowout, but the ENVIRONMENT. That’s what brought the place from a 4 star to a 2 star.
Good service student was not familiar with waxing and supervisor took over And finish the job. It was all good though.
Reagan was great, did an awesome hair color touch up she is the best!! So friendly and helped with all my questions
I had a great experience, my hair was washed, and blow dried. May wasnot freeze despite humidity. I recommend Paul Mitchell Schol in Sarasota at 100%. Everyone was welcome with a smile. Thank you!
