Sara and Jane are absolutely incredible. They have taught my team and me excellent principles that are saving my team time and the firm money. Their expertise, patience, and know-how is unmatched. I truly could not recommend them more.
I have worked with Paul Carlson and his team for years across multiple firms, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Paul is not only a wonderful person, but also one of the most knowledgeable bookkeeping and financial management professionals I have ever worked with. He has built an incredible team that is thorough from start to finish, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain complex financial matters in a way that is easy to understand. What sets this team apart is their accessibility and commitment to client service. They consistently go above and beyond. Special shoutout to Jessika and Rachel, who have been invaluable resources for both me and my administrative team. Jessika, in particular, has stepped in to help during urgent situations, even while out of the office, which speaks volumes about her dedication and professionalism. I would not trust any other bookkeeping or financial management team with our business. Paul Carlson CPA and his team are simply the best. Highly recommend.
We've been working with Paul and Jane for the past few months. They bring professionalism, expertise, and a refreshing sense of agency. Outside of the traditional financial services offerings, they are excellent resources on strategy, growth and quality referrals. Definitely recommend!
Paul Carlson and his team have done excellent work for me. They were courteous and went out of their way to make things easy. This is a company you should consider working with, because they are prompt, professional and go the extra step.
Paul and his team are amazing with handling the books of a law firm. They go above and beyond, are very personable, and genuinely care about their clients. I highly recommend.
I have had the pleasure of working with Paul for the past few years. His dedication to his clients is unprecedented. Any individual or business looking for a CPA who truly is invested in his clients, I would highly recommend, Paul and his team.
I highly recommend Paul Carlson, Jessika, Larissa and the entire team. I was introduced to the PC team several years ago after going through several underperforming vendors. THANK GOD for the introduction. I sleep so well knowing that the PC team has my back. I started with bookkeeping, and later added CFO and consulting services. They are all so polite, professional and responsive. Look no further.
I've been working with Paul Carlson, CPA, and their fantastic team, especially Jessika, for the last few years. They have handled my law firm's bookkeeping needs here in Phoenix. The financials they provide are always clean, detailed, and delivered in a timely manner. I can't say enough about their professionalism and expertise!
Thrilled with the legal accounting and bookkeeping we have received from Paul Carlson and his team, especially Dakota. Their personalized approach with professional, timely and accurate accounting services.
Working with Heather and the rest of the Carlson team has been nothing. Short of amazing. There’s a big difference between accountants who help you organize what has happened in the past versus account to help you think about your business going forward. I have worked with them for many years and I’m glad I found them when I did. If any other law firm is looking for accounting’s to help manage all of their banks and finances, including trust reconciliations, I would highly recommend them.
