Came in for a repair of a vintage Akai cassette tape player, they did a superlative job, my vintage machine sounds new. Paulson's will be my go-to for audio equipment repair

Whatever I say doesn't justify the quality this company sells, the knowledge of the employees, the customer service departments willingness to help, and most of all the willingness to stand by the products they have sold with solid guarantees and contacting the manufacturer if needed to get one a replacement.
I have used Paulson's since before flat screen TV's. Not only do they have an incredible selection of TV systems, but an equally wide range of audio systems whether one wants a pure stereo or the most elaborate surround sound system. Finally Paulson's can truly transform your home to include all the smart controls I could think of that I would want.
So i have bought various systems from Paulson's since the turn of the century and again just a few months back and between the 2 extreme dates and never have been unsatisfied. Not with the price nor the product value.
One would be doing oneself a disservice not to use Paulson's for the needs that they can supply

Recently, we changed from ATT Uverse to XFINITY 1 Gig internet, cable and streaming
Paulson's provided us with a couple of small LG smart televisions to update the screens in our kitchen and master bathroom along with five Roku devices and a Denon A/V receiver for our living room.
We had them setup all of our equipment on Xfinity, install and program the A/V receiver, recalibrate another A/V receiver and reprogram two URC remotes. The purchase and service after the sale, from Paulson's, is why I tell my friends not to purchase off of the internet or from the big box stores when they ask me about A/V equipment….
We have been a Paulson's customer for many years and value the support and service that they provide.

I gave 5 stars, only because 6 stars wasn't a choice.
Paulson's is absolutely fantastic. I did a lot of online price shopping, and Paulson's were at least equal to and often better than anywhere else.
And far more importantly, they are there not just to move hardware, but to make an exquisite A/V experience for you. Bill Davidson was my rep, and he was amazing. I started asking about brands and pricing, and he took me back to step 1 -- what size room, what's the layout, are you audio only, or will you have a TV? If so, what percentage of music vs TV, what type of movies, etc. When I said "no video, all music." Bill then asked type of music, etc... and when all was said & done he hooked me up with an insanely good integrated amp, bookshelf speakers (to fit my room), a compact sub that is incredible, and a high-end CD player to match the quality and sound signature of the integrated amp. We even mated the CD player to the integrated amp with XLR cables to maximize the audio quality and clarity of some of my best vintage CDs.
I met a few other floor folks and, while my predominant experience was with Bill, they all seem to be super-knowledgeable, friendly, involved, empathetic, passionate about their craft, and want to do what's right for you.
Nothing but great things to say. I walked into the store with my mind semi-made up on what I wanted to do. I walked out with a completely different architecture, and it is an order of magnitude better than what I drew up myself.
If you really want to tailor an A/V system to your top priorites and preferences, you really need to speak to them.
