Best ever, the live, care, attention to all the babies needs is above and beyond. They love going to get buffed and polished. We feel very blessed to have paw city in our fur baby would.
Attempted to set up services for my pets, however you need to sign up online by creating an account and provide a payment method first. I wanted to do a flea dip and was told through the messaging service that flea dips/treatments aren’t offered, despite flea bath being advertised online. I’m now trying to deactivate the online account that I had to set up and there’s no option, the staff have no idea how to do that and I was told to contact Time To Pet. There’s no phone number for Time To Pet, it’s an AI system that responds back telling you to contact the pet care business. What a mess. I can see their response and to clarify, I did in fact call and speak to someone. I was told to set up an account online and was also told their services were listed online and there IS “flea bath” listed online which is misleading. I also asked about the vaccination policy because every place has different requirements (some only rabies, some want all). I have their vaccination records.

For the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, cats must be current on their rabies vaccination and arrive flea-free for grooming. Unfortunately, we do not offer flea baths or flea treatments, so existing flea issues must be addressed before an appointment. We have never offered this service or advertised doing so. If you found this somewhere on our website, please feel free to share it so we can make any needed corrections. We have checked again since receiving your review and was not able to locate any flea services listed. We understand these requirements may not be what you were hoping for, but they are important safeguards we maintain to protect every pet in our care. We also offer scheduling assistance by phone for clients who prefer not to use our online booking system, and we can confirm that your account will be deleted as requested. I love the entire staff at Paw City. They take their time with my babies and I can tell when I pick them up that they have been in good hands. While the entire team is great I specifically want to recognize Jamie. She showed so much compassion when I brought my elderly dog in for his last spa day. She went out of her way to care for his special needs.

I was very unhappy with the way I was treated by both the receptionist and the groomer I spoke with the groomer before about what I wanted, but my dog came home looking horrible. We had discussed that his chest and stomach had some mats that I had trouble getting to; but the outside had been brushed every day. She was to leave the outside long. The groomer had cut his hair many times before and knew how I liked him to look. She shaved his whole body but did absolutely nothing to his head and tail. He looked ridiculous. Also his whiskers were dirty and his nails were rough. This groomer seems to pride herself with being fast and not considering that some dogs will take longer. Since the cut I’ve trimmed both the head and tail myself. He is a very sweet dog, that has never caused them problems. I’ve left messages and pictures of both my dog and the doodle who they have posted on their website for comparison. I’ve messaged for a refund. It’s been a couple days now and I’ve heard nothing! I will not be returning!
We understand you’re upset and appreciate you sharing your concerns. When matting is present, the only humane and safe option is to remove it with a shorter haircut. Brushing out tight mats can be painful and is not something we will put a dog through. Once Laker was fully assessed on the grooming table, additional matting was found, and we called mid-groom to inform you that a shorter overall haircut would be necessary.
