I boarded for the 1st time. Several charges like pet insurance was not disclosed at the time I made the reservation via phone and the boarding package I choose changed and was never notified, however the cost remained the same.
But the worst is - BOTH my dogs came home with kennel cough
We dropped off mallow here for an evaluation. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. Our dog enjoyed her time here! Would definitely come back.
Booked a haircut, over the phone I was told the price would be between $90-$120. When I went to pick up my dog I was told it would be $145. When I called to question why the charge was higher they couldn’t come up with an answer and said they would get back with me after speaking with the groomer. I had the service done on Monday and it’s now Thursday and I still haven’t been provided a reasonable explanation for why the service price was higher. I’ve had my dog for 5 years and have been to multiple groomers and never had to pay over $125 for a grooming session. They should be more transparent about pricing.

We are glad Ocho's grooming turned out well, but you are right to expect clear and upfront pricing, and we apologize that the final cost did not match what you were quoted and that you did not get a timely explanation. My dogs love day care days! The staff is fantastic. They were able to trim blus nails without any problems. A miracle in my book. Highly recommended.

Ana is an excellent trainer. She has extreme patience with both the humans and the dog. She describes clearly the rationale for each intervention that she trains us in, models the technique, and then provides us feedback when we’re practicing what she has taught us. We’re pleased to notice how real our dog has responded.

Today was a very first day I took my dogs in for their trial run. I got great report cards on both of them and I went ahead and purchased the 10 half-day package. Highly recommend.

We have been going to Paw Commons to help train my deaf pup. This has been a great experience and has been a great learning opportunity for my pup and myself! I knew how to train the basics with my pup but what I didn’t know (since I use sign language to communicate with my pup) is how to differentiate the types of things you are asking and expecting from your pup. Overall a great experience! Definitely recommend!!

Ana is a fantastic trainer and has been a fantastic resource for our dog. He has some serious behavioral issues that require an expert trainer to deal with. Ana has helped us make significant improvements in his behavior and which have made our lives much better!
