If I could give negative stars I would. The staff here is very rude. Only a few seemed welcoming. The atmosphere is horrible. The workers seem like bullies towards each other. My dog was very overlooked due to what seemed to be personal issues between workers. Cared more about their own drama than my animal. Came in for an issue I had with my dog and they told me it was nothing to worry about. A day later I had to take him to an emergency vet because it got much worse. The vet there told me had I waited any longer he might not have made it and that this place was incredibly wrong. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

About 2 years ago Dr. Weeks did a full extraction on my cats teeth due to gingivostomatitis. The care and attention I received before during and after his surgery is something I still think about and am so grateful for. (Along with the incredible price of the surgery compared to other doctors I called) if I could give her 12 stars I would. My cat is so much happier and healthier and active after this surgery, I’m so happy I found this clinic to help me.

Look no further! We have our 3 dogs treated here from annual routine visits, full diagnostics, to laceration repair and have always had a great experience. The staff is so welcoming and they are top of their field in knowledge base as well. Forever clients here!

My furbaby was a patient with Dr. Breclaw for about a year. We moved to the area about the time she turned 18 years old. I cannot speak enough good things about Dr. Breclaw. From day one she went above and beyond to take care of not only Daisy but me. There was a time or two that Dr. Breclaw emailed or called me after hours/weekends to address my concerns, write scripts, give her professional advice. She continued to be a guide, rock and resource up until her last day. PawHaven has been both affordable, accessible, kind and patient. I recommend them 1000%.

I am someone who moves a lot and has used a dozen different vet clinics -- this is one of the best I've visited. I have been very impressed with Dr. Dickerson's kind and attentive manner over the past 8 months. Her youthful face hides a very knowledgeable doctor. She always takes the time to call me back after or during what I'm sure is a tiresome shift, even regarding my mundane questions. The staff at the clinic also appear youthful! They are also polite, competent and hardworking. Regarding price -- high medical bills are affecting everyone right now, and vet care is no different. So, while it's not a budget clinic, their costs haven't driven me away. They do take Care Credit, which is the main reason I selected them to begin with, knowing I'd have a significant bill. I would be happy to keep taking my dog here, even if I move from the area. Thanks, Paw Haven!

There is a reason that Paw Haven has nearly a 5-star review (at the time of posting, 4.9), Dr. Breclaw and team are by far the best vet that we've had. I've (un)fortunately had many visits, surgeries, re-tests, etc etc.... but every single time, Dr. Breclaw laid out all of my options, took the time to talk through each scenario. Dr. Breclaw is an exceptional veterinarian, who shows compassion, who genuinely cares about her patients. I appreciate being spoken to, like I am not just another appointment on her books. Also - the fees are extremely reasonable, especially compared to the vet that we had in Austin.

Took in my German shepherd for a dew claw tear and the service was amazing! Same day appointment, friendliest staff, and VERY reasonable prices. I was seriously surprised with how cheap the services they offer are. Could not recommend this place enough!

I took my little fur gremlin to Paw Haven for vaccines and heartworm prevention, and as a first-timer, I showed up prepared… with questions. So. Many. Questions. I’m pretty sure I covered everything from “Is this normal?” to “But what if he thinks he has anxiety?” Dr. Faith and the entire team — techs and front desk included — were AMAZING. Kind, patient, informative, and never once made me feel like an over-the-top dog mom (even though… I absolutely am). They answered everything thoroughly and treated Chico like the royalty he believes he is. Also, shoutout to the other pups in the office who were suspiciously well-behaved. It was giving “distinguished gentlemen waiting for their annual exams.” Very classy vibes. Now… the only thing that made my eye twitch just a little was the cost. I was not prepared for how much even a one-month supply of heartworm and tick prevention could be. I love my fur child, but my bank account briefly considered filing a complaint. 😅 All jokes aside, quality care matters, and they absolutely delivered. My only wish is that there were more affordable options out there for us dog advocates who want our babies healthy, thriving, and living their best long lives. Overall experience? 10/10. Chico left happy and gives a 5 paws up. I left educated. My wallet left humbled. We’ll definitely be back.
