Kat was so good with our rescue dog— we have only had her 2 months and she is literally scared of everything. This was her first professional groom and she is 12 years old. She was very patient with her and she turned out looking like the poodle she is!

We look forward to seeing your beautiful poodle again for her next spa day!

I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that an in-home grooming service like Paws R Us existed! Kat was absolutely amazing with Millie, my tiny Yorkie, during her very first grooming appointment. Kat took the time to help Millie feel comfortable and get acquainted with her before beginning. She allowed Millie to sniff the scissors, clippers, and other grooming tools so that nothing would frighten or surprise her. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and caring—and she did a fabulous job. I couldn’t be happier with how beautiful Millie looks! Having Millie groomed at home provided such a calm, personal, one-on-one experience without the noise and stress of being around several unfamiliar dogs. I also really appreciated being encouraged to stay with her, which is especially reassuring when you have a tiny or anxious dog. I highly recommend Paws R Us and Kat!

Reliable. Conscientious. Trustworthy. Arrives on time. Polite and kind. Reggie's nails look very good and consistent. Also, Reggie is a shy fellow, he likes Kat. That's a big deal. And a big deal for me.

Justin came to our home and was very professional. Our one dog is a 13 year old German Shepard and taking her somewhere is too hard on her with her hip dysplasia. Both dogs were in desperate need of a nail trim. Highly recommend!
