I can’t say enough good things about PAWS Veterinary Center! My sister recommended them, so I decided to bring my dog in for their dental special, and I’m so glad I did.
Dr. O’Neill was absolutely amazing. I was genuinely impressed by her medical knowledge, attention to detail, and how thoroughly she explained everything. My dog ended up needing a few extractions, which I wasn’t expecting, but she took the time to explain exactly why they were necessary and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. The best part was that even with the extractions, I still paid less than what I had been quoted at other veterinary offices!
What really blew me away was the communication and level of care. I received updates throughout the process, and they even sent me before-and-after pictures of my dog’s teeth! I’ve never had a vet do that before. Dr. O’Neill, the nurses, and the entire staff were so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I truly felt like my dog was in the best hands.
It’s honestly hard to find a vet these days who provides this level of care without charging a fortune. I was so happy with the entire experience that we’ve decided to bring all of our family’s pets to PAWS from now on.
So grateful we found this place! Highly, highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed in the communication here. I received a voicemail that my pet’s bloodwork was very abnormal. I immediately called back and the vet had left and I explained my work hours and they were unwilling to work with me. I was told they would reach out the next day after I got off work and nobody reached out. I sent multiple emails as well regarding the matter, no response whatsoever for 3 days now. There is a lack of urgency for my pet and for this reason I am taking my pet elsewhere.
Edit 10/16/26: Immediately after this review I was reached out to and told they would work on improving communication. I informed them I had already taken my pet to his previous vet to prevent delays. I was going to give them another chance and get the pet dental special, but once again, it’s been 4 days since I called and no call back or email as they promised.

My Yorkie got his dental cleaning with PAWS and we had a great experience. The staff were so kind and helpful. I was happy to receive his x-rays and before and after photos. His teeth look amazing! Thank you for taking such great care of my pup!

I found this hospital by accident when I was looking for a new veterinarian for my dog Murphy. I was concerned mostly about his teeth. When I made my appointment I could already tell that this was place was different than other veterinary offices I had been to, but when I got to the facility for my appointment I was blown away.
The hospital was clean and smelled great, not what you would ordinarily expect from
an animal hospital. The front desk staff was welcoming and warm.
Then came my appointment, Dr. O’Neill was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She explained things every step of the way during her exam.
She recommended a dental which I knew was necessary since my pets breath smelled and I was concerned about a few teeth.
I went ahead and scheduled my dental. The nurses facetimed me mid-procedure to show me what they saw on the dental x-rays. I could finally see with my own eyes what was going on with my Murphy’s mouth.
The entire dental was smooth and painless and now Murphy’s breath smells great.
I would give 10 stars if I could. This hospital goes above and beyond other ordinary hospitals and does not compare to any of the corporate hospitals like CHEWY or VCA who treat you like a number….
Run don’t walk to bring your pet there!

We’ve been a customer of Dr. Blake since 2020. I have two smaller dogs, with one being particularly difficult, and Dr. Blake is always patient with him and takes his time. They always answer all of my questions. The prices are competitive and fair. I highly recommend them!

Amazing work and care for our pup. He went in for teeth cleaning and needed one tooth removed. Everything was seamless and smooth. He went in at 8am and was home by 6pm. The whole staff and especially Dr. O'Neill was extremely knowledgeable and helpful is getting him taken care of

Such a great experience! I tried getting immediate help for my cat and they were able to see her and treated right away. The staff is very helpful, educated, and friendly. The space is very clean and beautifully designed. Separate spaces for cars and dogs. 10/10

Our dog is highly anxious and can be very difficult to handle during vet visits, so routine exams are usually stressful for him. However, Dr. Hefter and his assistant were absolutely incredible.
They took their time, let our pup settle down and were patient, handling the entire exam with so much care. They made a tough situation feel manageable and safe.
I am grateful to find a clinic and a vet who understand how to care for pets that aren't super friendly or easy to handle. Highly recommend Dr. Hefter!
Just moved here within the last year and I can’t say enough about the office . The office was clean and welcoming . The staff Mary Kay, Ashley and Dr.S were so friendly and took their time with Bentley. I highly recommend this office and will be back !

I had a wonderful experience at this veterinary hospital with my dog, Alice. Dr. Hefter was extremely attentive, caring, and professional throughout her visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Alice was comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail.
Alice had dental work done, and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Hefter and his team did an excellent job! Her teeth look so much better, and she seems much more comfortable.
