I went to a box store and If I was going in for a haircut for my self I would have left too. As floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a week. Though might have been one day as 4 pm. That's why I'm looking for a new place.
Best dog groomer in the east bay! Neysa does a phenomenal job with my boy mushu. They are very punctual as well as thorough with each groom. She takes her time and makes sure the cut comes out gorgeous.
This was the first time ever taking Sirius to a groomer. They were highly recommended by a coworker and I can now see 100% why! They were sweet and understanding. Yevette went into details with me bout his hair. He is a golden/ husky mix and can be super nervous. She worked her magic for his first time. I truly appreciate knowing my boy is in great hands! Already on the books for his next appointment! 10/10 recommend !
I have heard good things about this place, and wanted to bring my dog here. Unfortunately, their extremely limited hours make it impossible for those of us that work weekdays.

The lady with tattoos groomed my small size cavapoo for $120. The cut was uneven, with longer length, hair was not plucked from ears. I tried to ask for the correction. They made me wait for an hour for next visit which suppose to be 15 minutes visit mentioned by them and gave me back the dog with same condition. If you value your time and money, I won’t recommend this place.

My little yorkie loves going to Pawsitive Karma! He knows when we exit the freeway and practically jumps out of his bag. Robin gives him so much love along with the rest of the staff!
Great customer service! Staff is very careful with my doggie and he’s always looking so handsome every time I pick him up.
