Offered me a price and said I had 7 days to come back and give it for the same amount, then sent my fiancé in 3-4 days later for them to give him a price much lower than what was offered

Hello William, we apologize for this response from our staff we often time get calls about pricing devices being sold to us and our staff member though you were calling for a quote over the phone instead of a device we had for sale.

Waisted my time coming here. There wed site really needs to tell more about what they take and years and everything but what I brought in can be sold!! I have seen them on line and you guys bought a older game system from the person behind me and I was told no right away
Hello Randi , I appreciate your review . Unfortunately It is hard to classify what we buy by years as something 20 years old can still have value. We buy all kinds of electronics , however ability to buy is soley based on market conditions . If it has value and we can buy at a fair price and resell we will make the deal
