The customer service there was great, they handled all of my needs. They definitely inspired me to come back.
Offered me a price and said I had 7 days to come back and give it for the same amount, then sent my fiancé in 3-4 days later for them to give him a price much lower than what was offered

Hello William, we apologize for this response from our staff we often time get calls about pricing devices being sold to us and our staff member though you were calling for a quote over the phone instead of a device we had for sale.

Hello Jessica , Please reach out to the store Manager his name is Mike . It may be that your offer was under your name or may not have been put in the system . Thank you for your input . Tim -owner
I got a fair offer for a Samsung phone. Treated politely by Dennis, I would visit this shop again and I recommend without reservation
Waisted my time coming here. There wed site really needs to tell more about what they take and years and everything but what I brought in can be sold!! I have seen them on line and you guys bought a older game system from the person behind me and I was told no right away
Hello Randi , I appreciate your review . Unfortunately It is hard to classify what we buy by years as something 20 years old can still have value. We buy all kinds of electronics , however ability to buy is soley based on market conditions . If it has value and we can buy at a fair price and resell we will make the deal
Dennis was really chill and helpful with customer service and the store was really cool, they had pokemon cards and cameras and even PS3 controllers that I needed so this store definitely clutch up
Dennis was very helpful. Great service!
