Jaydon was very knowledgeable of the window project we had. He was right on time with the appointment and explained everything that needed to be done! This man has a great career ahead in the construction industry.

Thanks so much for your review it was a pleasure working with you.
Can’t say enough about our experience with Payne Home Improvements. They completely replaced the wood framing on our South Tampa bungalow with Hardie board. It looks amazing!!! The entire process was seamless. The onsite crew was efficient and very professional. When they left each day the job site was organized, clean and ready for the next day. Finished the entire job sooner than expected. Hiring contractors is always a leap of faith but I can say without hesitation I would hire them again and would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family. I would be willing for Payne to give my phone number to anyone contemplating hiring them who might have questions. Darren, the office staff and the crew were wonderful to work with and did everything they said they would. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome.
Hired Jaydon to convert a completely raw, unfinished attic into a finished living space in our home in Old Southwest (before photo included). The starting point was exposed rafters, bare subfloor, and HVAC ductwork running across the floor. The finished result looks like it was always part of the house. The scope was substantial: full structural work, the original rough stairs completely rebuilt and refinished to match the existing floors, custom built-in bookshelves flanking a reading nook, multiple storage rooms, a proper closet built cleanly around the HVAC access, air added to the space, windows sealed, and thick carpet throughout. The plans were detailed and the implementation matched them, which isn't always a given on a project this complex. Communication throughout the project was excellent: proactive, professional, and considerate. The kind of updates that actually tell you what you need to know before you have to ask. That level of client communication is rare in any industry, let alone contracting. The whole thing took about six weeks. The crew cleaned up after each phase, everyone was professional and conscientious throughout, and the value for the price was exceptional given the scope. We're already spending a ton of time up there. One minor add-on didn't go as planned and he handled it without any hassle, exactly what you want from a contractor when something comes up. He'll be our first call for the next project. Highly recommend for anyone with a complex, detail-oriented job, especially in an older home where nothing is straightforward.
Thank you for the great review—we really appreciate it. This was a fun project to be a part of, and we’re glad the communication and final result stood out to you. It’s great to hear you’re already enjoying the space. Thanks again for trusting us with your home—we look forward to the next project! —Jaydon Payne Home Improvement LLC
Steve added a roof over our deck Our house was painted and new gutters. The house is beautiful! We are very happy! Thank you
Jaydon and Matthew worked on project for replacing old deck with screen porch and extended deck. The quality of work is great, they took care of minute details, took comments positively and kept open communication. They are very professional and committed to work. Keep up the good work guys and business will come to you, all the best!
Jaydon and his crew do a wonderful job. A lot of thought and care went into my project and I look forward to using them again on another project in a few months.
We thank you for your feedback and support. We look forward to working with you on upcoming projects as well.
Jaydon and Buck are top notch! They did a kitchen remodel for us , as well as Trimming out my Front porch pillars to make them more beefy and beautiful. Their Trim work is extremely impressive and they always show up when they say they will. Their Prices are also extremely on par and fair. I can not say enough good things about them.
