Their delivery option makes everything so much simpler and they charge very reasonable rates for same day delivery and pickup even to remote places. Rented chairs, games, and a large drink tub for my wedding at Eagle Fern Park all the way in Estacada. One of the best vendors I worked with!

Excellent service for a bridal shower in Portland and planned from Eugene. They were informative, helpful and flexible as the event got closer. Took care of delivery and pickup exactly as planned. The whole experience could not have been smoother and for a very reasonable price.

Very easy and convenient process to reserve items online(I rented chairs, speakers and cordless mic for a wedding). Communication with David was great from the first email on to many follow up phone calls and he was always was able to answer my questions. I added items after the initial invoice was created and it was no problem. The delivery and pick up on the day of was perfect. It made our day so much easier. David was always ready to help. David and Mari were a dream to work with! The website is easy to navigate and very well organized. They responded very quickly and it is clear that they know what they are doing. We rented tables, chairs, linen, the bar, and a dance floor for our backyard wedding. However, due to the weather, we had to pivot with only a week left before the big day and PDX Party Rentals came through! They had a great selection of commercial tents for us to choose from. They set it up like a well oiled machine. Everything we rented from them was clean and very well maintained. Planning a wedding is so stressful, so I was glad to have found this company that made the rentals and delivery process so so easy. Thank you again David and Mari! It all turned out so beautifully. I would absolutely recommend this company for any event.

The PDX Party Rentals were absolutely amazing. They were quick to lock us in a 40x60 tent at the last second! They were also very accommodating with the timeline of setting up and tearing down the tent. Their team were professional and honestly set up a beautiful tent.

UPDATE 2026: We used PDX Party Rentals again this track and field season. All we had to do was tell Mari “We want what we did last year” and all was taken care of! Wonderful crew to work with, excellent communication! We fully recommend and will use again in 2027! 2025 Original review: Mari and her crew have excellent communication, are punctual, and have professional grade tents and equipment. They set up two 20x20 tents swiftly in the pouring rain at 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday- pretty incredible! They are kind and accommodating people. Thank you for taking care of our tent needs for the track and field meet!

Great experience renting tables, chairs and linens for our baby shower. It was super easy to book and the drop off and pick up were seamless. Delivery drivers were very nice.
