Mr. Stasio, Thanks for sharing your feedback, we apologize that your experience didn't match your expectations. The boiler that you were having issues with was installed by a plumber who was a friend of yours and is no longer in the state. Not only are there discrepancies in the way the boiler was piped but there are also code issues, the boiler was never inspected. You informed us when we got to your home that you had another plumber (not the one who installed the boiler) remodel your bathroom on the second floor and move some baseboard piping during the remodel, and this was the reason you called our company because you had no heat on the second floor of your home since they removed those pipes. We managed to purge the system to get you heat on the second floor and checked the first floor zone as well as the hot water indirect zone. When we left everything was working properly. However, at the time that we were there you kept trying to tell us how to do our job and started interfering by messing with valves while we were doing our job. At that point I asked you if we should leave and you said "No!" You watched the system working fine and seemed content. Before we left we informed you that the boiler should be piped correctly and we then gave you a verbal quote. After we left you called my technician an hour or so later and said to him that you wanted to add more water to the boiler. Why? We don't know. You then went on to tell him that you blew the relief valve and now the boiler was giving you a low water error code. Which was caused by you overfilling the boiler after we left the house, which then in turn blew the relief valve causing a low water condition. A homeowner should never work on a boiler, only licensed professionals. You got what you paid for from the plumber who originally installed the boiler. Secondly, why didn't the plumber that remodeled the bathroom come back to rectify the issue? In closing, integrity is key and I resent you defacing my company. Sincerely, Stephen Huggins President
