Customers frequently praise Peace Frog for punctuality, professional communication, and effective cleaning of carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Recurring themes include efficient scheduling, text updates, and thorough stain removal. However, low-star reviews highlight patterns of unexpected price increases, billing errors, and poor customer service when addressing mistakes, such as refusing refunds or honoring initial quotes.

The cleaning was okay but the customer service was terrible. They changed the price after we paid deposit because they put the size in their system wrong. They would not honor the price first given or even a discount for their error. They only offered free return delivery, a “hundred dollar value” but we dropped off the rugs and didn’t want free delivery. When I wrote a negative review, they refused to clean the carpets unless we removed the true review.

Peace Frog did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets, rugs and couch in our home. Specifically , Tor (Victoria) , was great! She was fast and thorough and even was able to get out a years long stain of slime (with some vinegar prep). The whole process was smooth and i felt very comfortable with the cleaning specialist in my home, everything was professional and tidy! I highly recommend this company!

Ryan and DJ went above my expectations for my appointment. Their professionalism and kind hearted nature is something refreshing in today’s age. Quality work on tile and grout, even better on carpet and rug. Great to hear the company treats their employees well too. All around great experience and a loyal customer has been gained 🙌
