Customers frequently praise Peach Plumbing & Drain for punctual arrivals, clear communication, and reasonable pricing during services like leak repairs and fixture installations. Positive reviews highlight professional technicians who diagnose issues thoroughly and offer transparent estimates. However, several low-star reviews criticize weekend and holiday phone accessibility, citing unresponsive AI agents and missed callbacks. Additional complaints involve rescheduled appointments causing wait times and instances where repairs failed or resulted in new damage.

Do not bother calling Peach Plumbing and Drain on the weekends or holidays. Worst AI Agent ever answering the phone, and the humans never call back. I leave about one review every 5 years. They are are it.
Great job
We contacted these people through Angi at 1:12pm yesterday and they responded within 1 minute. I explained that we had a broken shower fixture and a broken bathroom fixture and a broken toilet seat and another broken shower fixture. Jackie B. said she could have someone there between 8am and 12pm the NEXT MORNING! True to their word, TJ showed up between 8am and 9am. Within and very short time, they had everything repaired, cleaned up, explained what they were doing, held to the estimate. Not exaggerating when I say it was life changing. The last couple of days has been really rough and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. They exceeded my expectations and then some. I don’t often write reviews…but I just had to in this case.
I had an appointment scheduled for the morning to fix a couple faucets and took the day off from work without pay. After spending almost 4 hours waiting, they called and asked to re-schedule. No thanks!!
Irvin did a great job of installing a touchless faucet in the kitchen, improving our water pressure, flushing the tankless water heater. Highly recommend
I’ve worked with them on multiple occasions and every experience has been great. Timely, courteous and responsive. TJ recently came out and provided another great experience. They are my first call when anything arises
Ervin was terrific. Very professional.
Great communication, quick response time and Bralen explained everything and was able to address the leak quickly and efficiently
Wes was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, puts the customer first.
Great service, the communication was excellent, and the technicians that were here to service the account did a great job with getting everything to work out and very reasonable on the price.
Thank you for the kind words! We’re glad the communication was clear and the team got everything working the way it should. We appreciate you choosing Peach Plumbing & Drain!
