Customers generally praise Peachtree Junk Removal for punctual, efficient service and clear communication regarding quotes and scheduling. Many reviewers highlight the professionalism of the crew and the fair pricing structure for junk and trash removal. However, some low-star reviews note instances of missed appointments, trucks being smaller than described, and final charges exceeding the initial estimate.

If I could give Peachtree Junk Removal 6 stars, I would!
First - Ryan’s a great owner. Extremely fair, honest, and I appreciate him talking through the quote so there were no surprises and I knew exactly what to expect on day of service.
Second - Jimmy is the man! He made the experience seemless. Tight communication, him & his partner worked extremely efficiently, and super nice guy.
I’ll definitely be using y’all again, thanks for the help today!

Christian, getting folks taken care of quickly is something we take a lot of pride in, so it’s especially nice to hear this. Glad we could get you on the schedule the very next day! I’ll be sure Jimmy hears your kind words. Thanks again for trusting us with the job!

We have gotten rid of construction, bulk items and all kinds of stuff for you Colleen. You are always pleasant to work with. Thanks for being one the best we have worked with.
Edited: Two of their employees visited my work today and they are great guys as well. Very respectful and always smiling.
I run a scale house for a transfer station. Ryan just called in about pricing for dumping at our facility and he was extremely kind and respectful. I can tell his kindness isn't JUST to customers but other businesses as well. That says alot about a company and the people who run it. 👏
