I cannot say enough wonderful things about Peak City Puppy, and especially Kaitlin Picket!
I have a French Bulldog named Lenny, who is truly my baby. Anyone who knows me knows that Lenny is not just a dog to me—he is my child, and his happiness, safety, and well-being mean everything to me.
I work long hours, and finding someone dependable, trustworthy, and loving to care for Lenny was always a challenge. That all changed when I found Peak City Puppy and Kaitlin was assigned to him.
Kaitlin has been an absolute blessing! She is incredibly reliable, always shows up, and never leaves me scrambling with last-minute cancellations. The peace of mind she has given me is honestly priceless. My anxiety about leaving Lenny during my long workdays has improved so much simply because I know he is in such wonderful hands.
She doesn’t just show up to do a job. She genuinely cares for Lenny, gives him love and attention, takes him out for his potty walks, and of course makes sure he gets his favorite treats! ❤️
One of my favorite parts of the day is receiving her updates after every visit. She takes the time to write me a message and send pictures of Lenny, and those little moments truly brighten my day. Seeing his sweet face and knowing he is happy, loved, and being cared for makes all the difference when I’m at work.
It is so rare to find someone who treats your fur baby with the same love and care you would give them yourself, but Kaitlin does exactly that.
I am beyond grateful to Peak City Puppy for providing such a wonderful service, but most of all, I want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to Kaitlin Picket for being so incredibly dependable, thoughtful, and loving to my little man.
Lenny means the world to me, and knowing he has someone like Kaitlin looking after him means more than words can express.
I highly recommend Peak City Puppy, and if you’re lucky enough to have Kaitlin caring for your fur baby, you can truly have peace of mind. She’s amazing! 🐶❤️

My former pet sitter was no longer doing in-home cat sitting, and so we needed to find someone relatively last minute for a week-long trip we were making to take care of our cat. It was our cat's first time being alone, and we were quite concerned about it. Peak City Puppy assigned us to a wonderful pet sitter who was really wonderful and effective and kept us in the loop on everything that was going on. We'll definitely be using them in the future, and I really appreciate having this service locally.

I would highly recommend Peak City Puppy pet sitter services. I needed a new pet sitter after my previous sitter retired. My cat, Sir Edmonton, is also a recent addition to the family as he was rescued a couple of months ago. I reached out to Peak City Puppy for help and they were great to work with from the start, including finding a sitter close to home, visiting to get to know my pet before my trip, and, of course, great visits each day during vacation. Angie went above and beyond to make sure Sir Edmonton was well-cared for and gave updates each day. There was a problem with my AC the last day of my trip and she made a second visit just to make sure he was OK and had enough water before I got home. Thank you so much, Angie and Peak City Puppy. I will definitely have you pet sit again and will recommend you to friends!

Peak City Puppy provided five-star pet-sitting for my blind rescue dog. I couldn't have asked for more caring and trustworthy service for the first time I boarded my little dog in the three years I've owned her. I've used many other boarding services in my many years of dog ownership, but Peak City Puppy is be far the very best!

Alexis was able to get Romeo the shyest cat on the planet to eat treats out of her hands. Loves the summary of the visit and all the pictures. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic service!! This was the first time that we used Peak City Puppy and we are already scheduled to use them again! Carla was FANTASTIC!!! When we returned from our trip our pets were happy, content, and healthy! Carla stayed overnight and dropped in a couple of times during the day and always sent photos along with an update. She kept the house spotless and even took out our trash! We had essentially stopped traveling, but now that we have Carla to watch over and take care of our pets, we can start traveling again! The worry of being away from our pets as a result of boarding them has been lifted thanks to the amazing care our pets received at home from Carla! Not only does Carla provide great care, she is a lovely person! We had absolutely no worries or concerns and were able to enjoy our time away knowing that our pets were comfortable at home with Carla. Peak City has a great system they use for communication and their services are worth the cost. I highly recommend using Peak City and Carla!!!

Peak City has been a lifesaver! Their prices are reasonable and were able to set me up with a walker right away. My walker, Cris, has been extremely timely, great with my dog, and sends the best pictures during the walks. I highly recommend!!!
