This place is always booked out. But a salt scrub is divine a a great way to get to know this place that lets you put your worries behind. Queer friendly and accepting.

I've been an imperial spa in SF and wi spa in LA patron for almost 20 years. pearl spa is an absolute delight and positive change in what a korean spa can offer with their serene environment, newer amenities, and aveda hair products! the women-only vibe is an absolute sanctuary too. it'll be my new go to spot in SF!

Truly such a clean, cozy space 🩷 today I got the 45-minute Caribbean Dream body wrap + massage and added a collagen face masque treatment with Ms. Anna. She was so kind and checked in more than once to make sure the massage pressure + water temperature was still comfy for me. She also did a complimentary shampoo + conditioning treatment on my hair and a face massage that included a hot towel compress, which was all super relaxing ☺️ all the products smelled pleasant and light, especially the pineapple body oil! I loved this treatment package and will definitely be booking this combination again in the future. As always, the steam room and jacuzzi spa were lovely and an excellent way to unwind before the body wrap + massage treatment ✨️
For folks who may be thinking about visiting for the first time, I cannot recommend Pearl Spa enough 🥰 some helpful tips: 1. bring your own stretchy/comfy shorts for the clay room + Himalayan salt room just in case your exact shorts size isn't available in the complimentary selection; 2. bring a few of your own favorite mini-toiletries + cosmetics for your final rinse-off + powder room routine, if you feel so led.
Pearl Spa has excellent powder room amenities, including Dyson hair dryers + diffusers, which are excellent for curly hair 💖 they also have complimentary snacks, q-tips, makeup remover wipes, mouthwash, lotion, sunscreen, amongst other items!
Shout-out to Pearl Spa for cultivating such a welcoming, clean, calm space for all their patrons 🌌

Been going here for a while because Pearl used to be actually a peaceful place to unwind with some treatment and facilities. I have a stressful job and appreciated a break from it all. But lately so much noise - seems like women come here to complaint about their problems for all to hear, and the worst is staff never asks them to be quiet. Even though there are signs everywhere - silence. Noone cares, sad.

I came in today for the 90min 24KT service and had the best experience ever! Not only was the massage amazing, the amenities are great, and the customer service was top tier.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. The facility was spotless, well maintained, and had a peaceful atmosphere.
A huge bonus are the amenities that you can enjoy before and after the appointment. I took advantage of the hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, clay room, and salt room. They were all consistently warm and maintained at the perfect temperature which really helped prep my skin for the scrub.
They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued, and it’s easy to see why they have such a great reputation. Five stars all the way! Will definitely be back with friends and family!!
