Ruby Rose isn’t the easiest girl to handle but the staff has always been able to make her feel as comfortable as possible when she goes in. They are always patient and helpful with both of my dogs.

My 35 lb. mut dog (Princess) was developing these strange sores on her hindpaws; she wouldn't stop furiously licking in between her toes for about a week and a half. But when I brought her to here, the Vet gave her a shot in her butt and prescribed her some meds which I've been giving her twice a day. Not even 5 days later, the sores in between Princess's toes are nearly gone, and Princess isn't licking in between her toes anymore ^w^ EDIT AS OF 23APR2026: For those of y'all who let your dogs loose to go potty, PLEASE have someone in your house be vigilant with your dogs. Princess got into something when out and about when I got complacent and wasn't looking, and she caught a severe allergic reaction. She was up all night puking small bouts of white film and her face and maw is very puffy. I came back from this Vet a few hours ago after getting her a shot, and picking up some Pepto-Bismol. She'll be fine, but this whole event freaked me out - thinking her throat was closing, and I wouldn't be able to afford treatment ;-; Amazing Staff and Doctor for treating her appropriately and reassuring me that she'll be fine.

We are always in and out of Pecan Acres Pet Care because our kitty has really bad allergies. The staff is always so kind and patient with us even when we call constantly to ask questions. It’s consistently clean and organized in the patient rooms. We love it here!

Mobile Pet Service no longer available. Added 2/8/23: When I made the call to ask for a mobile visit for my GSD which had an injured paw, I was told by the individual who answered the phone, that I would need to come in because Mobile Services were no longer available.
