First time visiting Pecan Jacks and we will definitely be back! Jaden took such great care of us from the moment we walked in. Since it was our first visit, she took the time to thoroughly explain the concept, walk us through the different options, and answer our questions without making us feel rushed at all. The selection is crazy—in the best way. They have traditional ice cream, dairy-free options, candy and treats, but what really got me was the 21+ alcohol-infused ice cream. Of course I had to try it! I went with the Butter Rum Raisin and Kahlua Espresso, and BOTH were delicious. The flavors were rich, creamy, and you could actually taste what made each one unique without the alcohol overpowering the ice cream. The shop itself was super clean, bright, and inviting, and the candy/chocolate case had us wanting to order even more. Between the atmosphere, all the different options, and Jaden’s amazing customer service, this was such a great first experience. 10/10 experience. If you’re looking for dessert with a little grown-up twist, definitely check out Pecan Jacks—and ask for Jaden!
The ice cream was amazing! I had banana pudding and my son had key lime pie. Not only did the sweet lady working give us samples before we committed, but she came outside to remind us to validate our parking!
I enjoyed the bourbon pecan but was highly disappointed in the banana pudding ice cream. It just tasted like banana flavored ice cream. There were no cookie crumble bits to be found. For the price point, I expect the ice cream to live up to its descriptions & pics.
