Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Houston, TX

Five stars for Pella Windows Houston! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with them and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. From the beginning I was confident that everything would be smooth sailing. The team, with a special shout out to Moses, was great. I appreciated the consistent timeliness and profesionalism. I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer questions making things simple. I felt comfortable with how things would go and I especially appreciated how easy the process was thanks to the clear communication throughout. It’s refreshing to work with a company that makes you feel valued. Thank you, Pella Windows Houston, for an outstanding experience. You’ve earned my highest recommendation! Thank you again.

Emerson and Elias did an outstanding job delivering the windows and doors for Pella! They were professional, helpful, and handled the delivery very well. If I’m not mistaken, Emerson mentioned that he manages the warehouse, and it definitely shows that he takes pride in his work. Great job by both of them! I appreciate the excellent service and look forward to working with them again.

The quality of Pella’s products does not make up for the deeply disappointing service we experienced with Pella Windows & Doors of Houston. Throughout our project, we repeatedly had to chase answers and follow up on unresolved issues. We escalated our concerns from our salesperson to the sales manager and company leadership, yet still did not receive the timely action and follow-through we needed. Even after involving management, important issues remained unresolved as we approached the handover of the home to our client. In our experience, the communication, coordination, and accountability were unacceptable. We spent far too much time trying to get this company to complete outstanding work and provide clear answers. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experiences we have had. A premium product should come with dependable service. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and would not choose to work with them again.

Awesome service! Come to Fernandoor Hernandez, he’ll get everything sorted out for you.

Replacing your home windows is expensive, but can also be so very costly if you don't find the right company to do the job. After doing research and asking friends and neighbors, thank goodness I chose Pella Windows. Even more importantly, I was so lucky to have Brian Cummings as my sales representative. Brian's long standing career in windows made all the difference. Not only did he save me money, but his vast knowledge and attention to detail was a godsend. Regardless of my research, "you don't know what you don't know". Once Brian took the wheel, it became clear how many "land mines" I had avoided. Even well intentioned sales people can lead you astray due to their lack of experience and knowledge. Brian eliminated all my stress and worry and delivered everything he promised and then some. With his top notch team of installers you would have thought the house had been built around the windows. Amazingly, no additional paint or repairs were required due to his precision installing craftsmen. Pella Windows are a top quality product in construction, durability and warranty. For my wife and I, choosing Pella was the easy part. However, their many varieties and designs can be challenging on what will look best for the proper fit and appearance of our home. Brian's guidance made all those choices easy and with an outcome the exceeded our expectations. Finally, we are truly convinced Pella was the right and best choice for our replacement windows. Most importantly, we feel so blessed that Brian Cummings was there from start to finish. We now have a home that has been given a more beautiful and stylish look, with windows that will out last us. Thanks to Pella and most importantly, thanks to Brian Cummings for a truly delightful experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with my new Pella windows and the incredible transformation of my home! I worked with Mahmud Smith at Pella Windows and Doors on two separate projects, and the experience has been fantastic. During the first phase, we replaced three windows with beautiful brown-on-brown Pella Impervia fiberglass windows. I was so pleased with the results that I decided to move forward with a second phase. This time, we replaced two existing double-hung windows with one large picture window, and WOW, what a difference! The new window completely transformed the look of that part of my home, giving it a cleaner, more modern appearance and a beautiful, unobstructed view. Mahmud was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive throughout both projects. He helped bring my vision to life, and the results exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the new look of my home and highly recommend Mahmud and Pella to anyone considering new windows!
