Reviewers frequently highlight the dedication of the staff and the positive impact on students' confidence and skills, particularly in hip-hop and praise dance classes. Several customers note that the studio building is suitable for dancers, though some describe the space as small and disorganized. A recurring criticism involves poor communication and scheduling errors, with one parent reporting multiple conflicting class times and a missed lesson, leading to a negative experience for their child.

Finally confirmed final start time, only to show up, and class had already ended. Unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate of people’s times, and…

Our son, Connor, loved going to boys hip-hop class with E-baby. E-baby was excellent with our son who has a diagnosis of autism, and we enjoyed seeing Connor light up learning to dance. We moved and will greatly miss Pennpoint.

Finally confirmed final start time, only to show up, and class had already ended. Unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate of people’s times, and worst of all, hurt my daughter’s feelings. Got her all excited for nothing. Seriously, don’t bother people. Find another spot.
