Marc L. at People's Choice Home Inspections provides objective, clearly documented, and very thorough inspections. He has a depth of knowledge and experience. We've had many home inspectors over the years for several properties in many parts of the country, and Marc is among the best. His approach and the report we received for a property under consideration provided the necessary information needed to help make sound decisions and understand all the positives and challenges/requirements with a property. He is professional, communicates well, is accessible and reliable. If you are making a home purchase, or preparing your property for sale, the inspection/presale-inspection is one of the most critical steps in the process. I would not hesitate to call on Marc again when considering purchasing or selling property in this area.
