Lucas Brown came to our house this morning to service our security system. He was very professional and personable while he was at our home. He took the time to explain what he was updating and teach us how the new system works. We are very happy with quality of service he provided today.

Matt serviced our system today, the second (third?) time he has been to our home. As usual, he was on time, very personable, and most importantly, very competent. System improvements were completed quickly and efficiently. He kept me informed of what needed to be done and of his progress. Overall, it's a delight to have him work on our system.
