Customers frequently praise the store's helpful staff, fast turnaround times, and vibrant DTF print quality for custom apparel projects. However, lower-rated reviews highlight issues with product quality inspection, such as faulty film adhesion or incorrect equipment shipments, alongside complaints about unresponsive communication and difficult return processes for damaged goods.

This line you see in the photo is from the actual film I purchased from this place. It has ruined multiple wraps costing me time and money on reprints. I’d not recommend this company. Quality inspection is not something they seem to practice. Update, they replaced the rolls with another faulty one. The adhesive is so weak, once my printer prints the design it starts bubbling up until the design peels off the wrap. Complete loss for my small business of time, ink and money. I know is not my printer or ink because I’m using a different provider and their wrap paper’s adhesive is extremely strong/sticky and I haven’t had any issues since I started using the other UVDTF wrap. Completely disappointed. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

OK, the Customer Service of this company is top-notch! I spoke with Regis on the phone and he went above and beyond & found what I needed. I was able to make the purchase And now I can breathe again! I have to fulfill an order that needed a certain color, Htv glitter, and online they were completely sold out. I’m so glad that I called and got him on the phone! Thank you Regis!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I had cyan in my cart but needed yellow. Called when I realized my mistake and without hesitation the person I spoke to ran over to shipping and made my order correct before it left the building. Its a little thing but it shows the kind of business you are dealing with. Awesome.

I purchased 3 rolls of the 24' DTF Roll film, I love the thickness of the paper but DO NOT like the film. The images would not come off of the film. It was a complete waste of money for me. I purchased because of the reviews but I am sorry I did.
