I am a 43 year old former high school athlete and former bedside nurse that has been dealing with severe back and hip pain off and on for several years, but acutely since the Spring of this year. While I worked with my chiropractor, my personal trainer Amanda did a great job of adjusting my workouts so that I could keep moving safely. While my pain improved through my chiropractor, it never quite went away and anytime I would try to increase my movement again I was back to square one. So then I added on massage. That helped a bit more than the chiropractic treatments did on their own, but it still didn't take my pain away completely and I would get very tight again in between massages. Amanda suggested I try out the assisted stretching that Bryan was offering. I have been doing the assisted stretching sessions once a week for almost two months now. After just a couple of sessions I was able to drive a car for hours without my hip hurting. I was even able to climb with my daughter through the St. Louis City Museum without reinjuring myself!! After that trip my chiropractor released me from regular visits and told me to keep up with the stretching. Last week I was able to play basketball with my daughter without pain or injury. This week I was going about my day and it hit me that I had not had any pain in my back and hip for the first time in months. I am forever grateful to Bryan and Amanda with Perfect Fit for keeping me moving through injuries and getting me back to a place where I can enjoy an active life, pain free.

I’ve been a member for 9 months. This place is the best. I hadn’t been in a gym to workout in over 30 years. Bryan made me feel comfortable and encouraged me along the way, showing me the proper technique to each lift and exercise. I definitely recommend Perfect Fit Plus! 5⭐️

The owner made me feel very comfortable and kept me engaged so I didn't focus so much on the three minutes of freezing temps lol. I felt very energized…

Incredible experience! My daughter and son in law bought this for my b day. I have Fibromyalgia, as well as neuropathy and it certainly helped. Day one but will be back!
